“Stop focusing on how stressed you are and remember how BLESSED you are”

Being forced through circumstance to live our lives with the restrictions
necessary to safeguard us, our loved ones and anyone we may come in contact
with, we may lose sight of the blessings we do have. We’re so used to being preoccupied with resolving
the perhaps more mundane issues of daily life such as earning a living, childcare,
relationships, paying our bills, etc., there’s no time for anything else. Life at
the moment has presented us all with a situation none of us has, and hopefully
never will again, experience. Sure, we’re frightened of what it’s going to mean
for us all, whether it’s a positive or negative outcome for each and every one
of us personally. We just don’t know that as yet. However, there may be times when we are
reminded of the bigger picture; perhaps an embrace or kiss from a loved one,
the unexpected kindness of a stranger, the laughter of a child, the gift of
good health. That’s when we realise how blessed we really are, and acknowledge 

and give thanks to our personal God/Goddess, the Universe, Spirit, whatever or

 whoever we revere and find solace and comfort in. Having an “anchor” and being

 able to celebrate what we do have rather than what we lack gives us the power to 

journey forward through life knowing we are not alone, but that our beliefs and

 blessings remain with us every step of the way, no matter what lies ahead..
